Grover's Appliance puts customer satisfaction at the top of our priorities. We do our best to accommodate our customers needs & try to be as flexible as possible with their schedules & needs. We give a 2-3 hour time window of your appointment, we send out reminder emails & texts the evening before your scheduled appointment, as well as a 30 minute notice when the technician is in route to your home with a link to track the technician as hen travels to your home. In addition we also send a photo of the technicians service vehicle & a photo of your specific technician in uniform so you know who to expect at your door. We take your privacy very seriously we never sell your private information nor do we give it to anyone for any reason. Your satisfaction is guaranteed and when you call Grover's Appliance you're treated like family, we take great pride in our work and our policies. We offer a industry leading warranty on all of our repairs! 1 Year parts and labor warranty on all repairs performed by our expert technicians. & our "sealed system" repair warranties are guaranteed for 5 years which is above & beyond any other company in the nation. Our competitors offer 30-90 day warranties on their work, we offer the best warranty in the industry because we perform the best service in the industry. SERVICE CALL FEE

Our service call fee is $150 but is always waived/free with repair. we come out to your home, diagnose the problem & provide you with a repair quote on the spot, if you choose to repair then the $150 service fee is waived completely and you just pay the repair quote. if for any reason you decide not to have there appliance repaired then you would just pay the $150 at the time of the visit.

PAYMENT METHODS​

• We accept all major credit & debit cards with a convenience fee added to the total

• We also accept Venmo, Cash App, Facebook/Meta pay, PayPal & Zelle a convenience fee will be added to these forms of payment as well

• We also accept checks - business & personal 

• CASH is preferred - We often offer a 5-10% discount when paying in cash (discount varies)
